What is TRONC?
A lesser-known programme called TRONC can help your employees keep more tips and bonuses while you stay compliant with HMRC regulations.
We can assist you with these lesser-known programmes, so you, and your employees, can get the most out of your business.

Payroll
Every month, before sending out your payroll, we will attach a list of all employees and the number of hours worked so that you can fill it in yourself via phone and send it back to us. This will ensure that corrections are made before the payroll is sent out each month.

Employment contract
We are helping you to update your employment contracts, so that it complies with labour laws. This applies to new employees starting from 01.01.2025. Employees who go to work before this date will receive it at the end of March 2025 as the basic salary will increase at the end of March 2025. If any staff need it urgently, please contact via email payroll@thehtgroup.co.uk to be provided.

Monthly Earnings
We will prepare a form for you to fill out every month; after you have completed it, we will receive it online and save it for you.

Paying taxes
Most accounting services support this part for free, but if you would like to pay it yourself, that is fine. Please ensure care when entering bank details and references; if you pay the wrong amount, it will be very difficult to trace it again and you will have to contact the tax department yourself to resolve it.
Taxes need to be paid on time because late payment will incur interest on a daily basis; VAT will be both penalised and profitable.

Bank statement
All businesses should have a bank account; if you need help to open one, please contact the office on 0208 548 4604 and our admin team will assist you.
Please email us your bank statement every month so we can save it for you.

Confirmation statement
As shared, since May 2024, Companies House has increased the price for this service. When the submission date comes, we will email the draft sheet so that you can check what needs to be changed before we submit. Each submission is charged.

Company Changes
Changes such as changing directors, shares and company names are all charged by Companies House.
After receiving your request, your admin team will prepare the necessary forms to send to you for checking; if anything is wrong, please contact the office before signing.
They will charge a fee each time you pay, so please check carefully.

RTI
Every month, we will send the payroll on the 3rd week of each month so that you have enough time to review and notify the payroll team if you need to make changes.
In our monthly emails, we'll remind you of the last date to be edited, and requests after this date will be corrected the following month.
Once the RTI has been submitted, it should not be adjusted, as it will attract the attention of the tax department and may lead to an audit.
